I plan on riding the Blossom Trail Ride 25 mile with my two daughters. Hopefully the weather will be nice.

Hey there. Anyone planning on doing the Blossom Trail Ride on March 7? There are 100K, 45 mi, 25 mi, and 10 mi options. I'm hoping to do the 45 mile ride.

Happy Thanksgiving! I am without a mountain bike right now, so our traditional Hensley ride is out (like I'm going to be left out? I don't think so!). Hope you are all still going to get a ride in before all that pie. We may try to head out to Woodward Park to play ride, I'm not sure. Stee V, is your ride still on? Have a great holiday, everyone!

Riding the hills was fun, but I'm still a big chicken when it comes to bombing down them. Comes from my advanced age, I guess.
On that day I drove to Berenda School and did a big loop out Raymond Road to 603, the back in on RD 26. That's my long ride these days, hopefully it will get longer as time goes on.
I've driven up to Eastman then rode out and back from the boat ramp. Coming back up that hill next to the dam was a challenge, to say the least .... but fun. Daily I just ride from home (Schnoor/Sunset area) out past the airport and as far as I can get on the frontage before heading back to get to work on time. That was a foggy ride on Saturday!

Henry, I love the picture! I never thought about running those hills. Riding them is enough for me! What did you think about riding them? Where else did you ride? Did you continue up to Raymond or Hensley? I miss riding out there. ~V

Hi - I'm new here and to cycling in general. I am a longtime runner with a stubborn post surgical knee.
I love the hills in the picture (Road 603, I presume). I have run them many times and last weekend I rode them for the first time. Here's a shot that I took there many moons ago.

Anyway, I hope to meet and perhaps ride with (probably behind :-) you all sometime in the future.
