Last Saturday I completed the 2009 Bicycle Tour of Colorado. This is my fourth year in a row riding across Colorado, the prior three with Ride the Rockies. BTC advertises no easy days and they pretty much delivered on that. Riding inside on a stationary bike is pure torture!!!! It was 4 weeks yesterday -- I go back to the doctor in 2 weeks so hopefully he will give me the okay to get back on the bike!! 2. how can i get started in racing with this team? im very motovated, just need some direction and guidance is all, do you know of any coaches or other members that would be of interest in this?
Im willing to pay, etc etc but i cant really afford to do the VQ training, thats a little out of my league as i work for uncle sam and go to night school in the evenings so time and money not that greatest as of now, im thinking bout taking only 2 classes over the summer so i can ride during the week every night i dont go to class or work.
