Warm up looks like its around the corner! [fingers crossed] My classes at LTF are usually Wed and Fri at 5:30AM. I don't teach on weekends - those are for outdoor rides. This week though, I'm on Wed and Thursday 5:30AM.

If you're riding a weekend class, get there early - most of those classes fill up to capacity.

Riding behind Dan is quiet - unless he's had beans the previous night.
