She should've gotten an email today - there's a ride Sunday - leaves the shop at 7:30 - heads to the LF train station to pick up more people at 8am - then doing the Mafia Lite loop (55 miles - avg. 18). Wait the extra lbs should help insulate ya for the frigid temps! :=)

God Forbid! Feeling good so far, however, like the say...."its still early" Amelia is totally jazzed for the Womens clinic. She wants to know why you girls haven't started riding outside yet? :-)

For all of us who have tried this feat, don't you think you could eat a couple of twinkies now and then!?!?! BTW, Amelia has been outside riding with Us and Colavita and is riding like a champ as expected. Apparently, the swelling has gone down in her chest as well and she now has $400 worth of stretched out Jerseys. hahahahahhha
